The icon set named Faenza-Cupertino modifies the colors of the folders from brown to blue and other rest icons are same as original Faenza theme.

The new set fits perfectly with Elemnetary theme.

You will need original Faenza theme for this. To download run following commands in terminal:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install faenza-icon-theme

Now you can download the new modified theme from here

To install the new theme, open appearance window, go to themes tab and click on install. Select the newly downloaded archive and click apply.
