Two Must Have Icon Sets for Every Ubuntu User

Many Ubuntu users don't like the default icon set particularly with orange tone. If you want to change these icons there are two beautiful alternatives.

  1. Download the zip file
  2. Extract tar.gz
  3. Go to System>Prefrences>Appearance
  4. Go to themes tab, click on install and select the tar.gz archive you just extracted.
  5. If you want to customize the icons color and your distro logo, go to /usr/share/icons/AwOken with root access, read and follow the customization instructions.
  1. Download the file.
  2. Extract the archive.
  3. Click on install.sh
  4. Follow the instructions.
