Ubuntu Builder Updated with New UI, User Guide and Ubuntu 12.04 Support

Ubuntu Builder allows you to create your own Ubuntu based distribution in clicks. You are free to choose your own desktop environment, window manager, packages etc, and customize Ubuntu the way you want.

Ubuntu Builder has been updated with a cleaner UI with nice monochrome icons. Some people were requesting documentation so a nice user guide has been added. Also, Ubuntu Builder now supports Ubuntu 12.04 so that you can start customizing latest and greatest Ubuntu release.

Other changes:
  • Removed Maverick Meerkat support
  • It now starts program as superuser
  • It's possible to set four new languages as default
  • It's possible to read a log file
  • Bugfixes

You can also install Ubuntu Builder from PPA:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:f-muriana/ubuntu-builder
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-builder
