Ubuntu One Indicator Updated for Precise

Ubuntu One Indicator has been updated for Ubuntu 12.04 and now it is completely re-written in Vala to reduce memory consumption.

Other Changes
  • Indicator will always be started on login
  • New menu entries were added to open Ubuntu One folder, website and control panel
  • The list of recently published files is now queried at the initialization time
  • The icons were renamed to indicator-ubuntuone-*.svg 
  • Calculates the current transfer rate and provides the ETA for the whole queue to be completed
To install Ubuntu One Indicator in 12.04, run the following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rye/ubuntuone-extras
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install indicator-ubuntuone
