Gameplay Football, A 3D Soccer Game for Linux

Gameplay Football is a 3D football game by indie game studio Properly Decent. The game is currently in Beta but it works quite nicely on Ubuntu 12.10.

There are not many football games available for Linux and I found this to be quite good. Check out a video:

You can download the beta for free from here. I had to install libsdl-image1.2 and libsdl-ttf2.0-0 on Ubuntu 12.10 to make it work. The game requires OpenGL 3.2 support so it may not work on older graphic cards.

Gameplay Football will be released for pay-what-you-want once it is finished.
