OpenShot Video Editor 1.4.3 Released with New Features
Popular free and open source video editor OpenShot has just received a new release. This release has more bug fixes, enhancements, and new features than any other release of OpenShot to date.

To install OpenShot in Ubuntu, run the following commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jonoomph/openshot-edge
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install openshot openshot-doc
OpenShot requires Blender 2.62+ for some 3D effects/animations to work. You can download latest version of Blender by running commands below:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:irie/blender
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install blender
