RIM's Free and Open Source 3D Game Engine Comes to Linux

Few days back we reported that RIM (popularly known for its product BlackBerry smartphone) is working on adding Linux platform support to its open-source and cross-platform C++ game engine Gameplay3D.

Sticking to their promise, RIM has released a new version of the engine today with full Linux support. The engine is still in development so there isn't a game based on Gameplay3D yet. You can find source code on GitHub.
