VidCutter - Open Source and Cross Platform Video Cutter and Joiner


VidCutter is a free, open source and cross-platform media cutter & joiner with easy to use and robust user interface.

Written in cross platform tools Qt5 and Python, it uses mpv and ffmpeg for video processing. It also supports saving and importing clip index via EDL files.

To install VidCutter on Ubuntu, run the following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ozmartian/apps
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install vidcutter
