Ubuntu users will be able to rate and review applications in Ubuntu Software Center in the next Ubuntu release. This feature was planned for Ubuntu 10.10 but slipped and now it will be available in 11.04 along with some other new features:
- Establishing and conveying a trust level for software in PPAs
- Easy method to add PPAs from software center
