nD is a new indie handheld gaming device currently in prototyping phase. nD is a brainchild of Robert Pelloni, creator of Bob's Game. Many of you who follow Nintendo DS news will be familiar with Bob's game and Robert as there has been quite a bit of history between him and Nintendo. Beacon is a sweet platformer created in just 48 hours by indie developer randomine that takes us on a memorable 15 minute journey. About 4-5 days back, I came to know about this awesome project Indie Game : The Movie, a documentary movie about indie games and life of developers. The project had reached $12,000 goal out of $35,000 fund raising target, so I thought I would write about it. But, then I was not able to finish it on time due to office work.

Fun tank fight and strategy game Digitanks will be soon ported to Linux. The developers of the game have launched a new exciting 5 for $5 gaming bundle but 4 out 5 games are for Windows, the only one for Linux being Steel Storm : Burning Retribution. In the same announcement post, they have said that a Linux port for Digitanks is on the way.
