New Linux Games Raising Funds [Kickstarter, Indiegogo]

Two new Linux games are up on Kickstarter and Indiegogo looking to fund further development.

Tiny Cthulhu

Tiny Cthulhu is a 3D action platformer featuring Lovecraft inspired gameplay themes. A teacher at a University sends her charges off to sleep with a story from the Necronomicon. Through her account, you follow the dread Tiny Cthulhu on his travels through mind-blasting vortexes of madness and adorableness on his way to rain inevitable and cuddly doom on a blissfully unsuspecting humanity.

A copy of Tiny Cthulhu can be ensured for $10. There are other reward tiers as well, check out their Indiegogo page

Auro

Auro is a turn-based, dungeon crawling strategy game for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. You play as the spoiled Prince Auro, who, for the first time in his life, is actually asked to go and perform a quest. Your father, King Omiron, is a weak man who is too easily pushed around, but the royal scholar Quillsh is able to finally convince him to stand up to you.

You can grab a copy of Auro for $15. Expected date of release is December 2012.
