Tomes of Mephistopheles Revealed, A New Dungeon Crawler from Makers of Steel Storm

Kot-in-Action, who brought popular game Steel Storm to Linux community, has revealed a new teaser of their upcoming first person dungeon crawler Tomes of Mephistopheles.

ToM will feature infinite randomly generated dungeons infested with evil monsters. Skill tress, magic, crafting, spells and powerful equipment will be integral part of the game.

The new teaser does not show any combat but we do get a look at the dark, deep dungeons in the game.

The game is heavily under development and is making good progress as devs are updating it regularly. First person dungeon crawlers are an interesting game genre and I was a bit disappointed when many promising First person dungeon crawlers Frayed Knights, Legend of Grimrock and Malevolence: The Sword of Ahkranox mentioned that Linux platfrom won't be supported.

However, ToM looks good and will be available for Linux. Looking forward to it :)
