'Steam for Linux' Community Group Launched

Valve announced few days back that Steam for Linux beta testing will start in October. Since then, many new Linux games have been added to Steam database, including Team Fortress 2.

Now official Steam for Linux community group has been launched, indicating that Steam Linux Beta release is imminent. A new announcement by Valve should happen anytime now as only one week is left in October.

Left 4 Dead 2 will be free this weekend to celebrate Halloween. May be they will release Steam Linux client in a day or two, who knows?
